HISTORY OF WONGS
Established in Liverpool in 1979, our reputation steadily grew as our ability to create custom jewellery designs and remodel old jewellery became known throughout Merseyside. Our original shop was based in Mathew Street above the Beatles memorabilia store and we moved into larger premises just around the corner on Rainford Square in 1999.
New store now open
Now in our 32nd year our new premises are located on Whitechapel opposite the Met Quarter designer shopping centre in Liverpool city centre. Our workshop is now on the same level as the shop so you can view our goldsmiths at work. The shop has dedicated seated areas where you can relax and enjoy a drink while viewing and purchasing your jewellery. Wongs are open Monday to Saturday from 9:30am to 5:00pm and Sunday 11.00am to 5.00pm, accepting all major credit and debit cards. We also offer 0% interest on purchases over £500 - ask in-store for more details.
