Dispatch

Orders made up to 3pm are dispatched the same day, orders after 3pm are dispatched the next day.

No orders are dispatched Sunday, so orders made after 3pm on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched with its tracking code.

You can track the status of your order on the 'My Account' page if you registered with us before making the order.

Our customer service team are available for contact between 9.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday if you have any queries relating to your order.

You may choose one of several delivery options during checkout. Below is information regarding each method.

Please note: delivery times are likely to be extended during bank holidays.

Delivery Options

On orders up to £100.00

Free Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded: Signed For

This is our standard delivery option.

It requires a signature on delivery, if nobody is home a calling card will be left with details on how to arrange re-delivery or collect from the courier.

Orders should be delivered within two to three days after dispatch, though sometimes arrive the next day.

On orders over £100.00

Free Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next Day

This is our default delivery method on any order over £100.00

Orders are guaranteed to be delivered the next day by 1.00pm (after dispatch).

Special delivery does not deliver on Sundays. Orders dispatched on Saturday will arrive Monday.

Special Delivery does not guarantee delivery for Sunday. Orders dispatched on Friday may arrive on Saturday but is only guaranteed to arrive on Monday.

Collect in Store

If it is convenient for you to collect your purchase from one of our shops then you may do so and avoid any delivery charges.

For security purposes, the person who placed the order must collect it along with the payment card used in the transaction, together with the order number.
