What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours are Tuesday - Saturday 10.00am - 4.00pm.
Which Wongs Services are now available online?
Virtual appointments with one of our Sales Executives are now available at your convenience. A selection of products can be arranged to view or a consultation over a design or remodel is possible all from the comfort of your own home.
How will you ensure the Health and Safety of your team and customers?
All of our team members have had a full brief on our Covid 19 Risk assessment and thorough training on our new COVID 19 processes and procedures. The safety of our team members and customers (our Wongs Family!) is paramount.
We are trading shorter hours to allow for a thorough deep clean both morning and evening. All team members have PPE and we encourage masks to be worn in store by customers. We have invested in the latest UV sterilising equipment and all jewellery will be thoroughly cleaned prior to inspection. Hand sanitiser is available for all attending the showroom to use.
Our new staggered appointment system will keep visitors to the showroom to a minimum, to allow privacy, comfort and ultimately a relaxing, enjoyable experience with Wongs.
Are cash payments still ok?
Yes cash is still accepted, however contactless payments are encouraged.
Can I still try jewellery on?
Yes of course, we will ensure a thorough clean in between customers and provide hand sanitisers at all serving desks.
Are all Wongs Events cancelled?
Sadly yes, for now, but we will be monitoring government guidelines.
Do I need to wear PPE to enter the store?
From 24th July it is compulsory to wear a face mask in all shops.
Do I have to have an appointment?
We would prefer you to make an appointment to reduce waiting times outside the store as we will now only allow a limited number of customers in the store due to social distancing regulations.
