Something Borrowed Ts&Cs
From time to time the Company may allow Customers to borrow Goods from the Company (up to a total maximum value of £3,000) for a short term.
Goods shall only be borrowed by Customers for usage at the Customer’s wedding, provided that the Customer has purchased other Goods for the same wedding from the Company with a minimum retail value of £1,500.
The Customer must provide proof of identification to the Company before the Customer can borrow the Goods. The form of identification will be as prescribed by the Company at their discretion.
The borrowed Goods must be worn solely by the bride at the Customer’s wedding, which must take place in the UK.
The borrowed Goods must be collected from the Company’s premises, by no earlier than 3 days before the Customer’s wedding day, and it must be returned to the Company by no later than 7 days of the Customer’s wedding day.
The borrowed Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
The Company reserves the right to charge the Customer, on a full indemnity basis, for loss, theft or damage to the Goods that occurred during the period that the Goods were borrowed by Customer.
The borrowed Goods shall at all times remain the property of the Company
