We will share transaction data with this payment services provider only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. 3.6 For financial payment plan applications with our selected third party provider V12 Finance Group, you will provide enquiry data onto their website to process the application for their service and they will manage your data to process their service however Wongs has limited access to your name on a secure web portal. In this process you can choose to opt-in to provide your consent for them to contact you directly so that they can offer, market and sell relevant goods and/or services to you. This third party will act as a data controller in relation to the enquiry data that you supply to them. 3.7 Live chat services for asking online questions about our goods and services are handled by our third party provider; Intercom. If you choose to use this service, you enter your name and if agreed your email, for the extent necessary to submit your online queries to us. 4. How long we keep your personal data
