Your Piercing Experience
When you visit us in store, you will be welcomed into a relaxed setting and guided through the process from start to finish. Your piercer will discuss jewellery options suitable for healing, carefully mark the piercing position for your approval, and clean the area thoroughly before the piercing is carried out.
The piercing itself is quick and precise, and we are always happy to answer questions along the way. Our focus is on making the experience reassuring, unrushed, and memorable for all the right reasons.
Piercing for Children
We understand that ear piercing can feel daunting for children and parents alike. Our team are patient, friendly, and experienced in working with younger clients. To celebrate the occasion, every child receives a bravery certificate and a small gift to mark their milestone moment.
Aftercare & Healing
Proper aftercare is essential for comfortable healing. After your piercing, we will explain how to care for your ears at home and provide clear guidance to support the healing process.
We are happy to offer a professional cleaning solution for purchase in-store!
- Always wash your hands before touching your new piercing.
- Clean the front and back of the piercing two to three times a day.
- Avoid twisting or unnecessary touching.
- Pat dry with a clean paper towel.
- Avoid swimming pools, hot tubs, and open water until fully healed.
- Keep your jewellery in place for the full healing period, usually 6 to 8 weeks for ear piercings.
