We’re thrilled to announce that Wongs has been named the winner of the Customer Service Excellence award at Retail Jeweller’s Inspiring Independents 2025.

The event, held in London on 31 August, brought together some of the most talented and innovative jewellery and watch retailers from across the UK and Ireland. Each year, Retail Jeweller reveals its list of 150 Inspiring Independents, jewellers who are voted for by their peers in the industry. From this list, five businesses are chosen for special recognition in categories that celebrate the very best in independent retail.

This year, Wongs was recognised for excellence in customer service, something that has always been at the heart of everything we do. As Retail Jeweller described:
