Wongs Wins Jeweller of the Year at Liverpool’s Mystery Shop Awards

We are delighted to share that Wongs Jewellers has been named “Jeweller of the Year” at the Liverpool BID Mystery Shop Awards 2025.

The Mystery Shop Awards celebrate excellent customer service across Liverpool city centre. This year, almost 100 local businesses were secretly visited and assessed on areas like knowledge, helpfulness and the overall shopping experience.

To be recognised in such a competitive category, alongside respected names like S.S. Milton, Pandora and Beaverbrooks, is a real honour. It reflects the hard work and passion our whole team puts into every customer interaction, whether you are buying something special or simply browsing.

On the night of the awards, we offered a jewellery cleaning service and raised £255 in donations for Walk for Wellbeing by Hospitality Action. Walk for Wellbeing is a UK wide walking event, running from 10 to 26 October, that supports the mental health, wellbeing and financial resilience of people working in hospitality.

Giving back to causes close to our hearts is just as important to us as the jewellery we create.

We are especially proud of our fantastic team, who always go above and beyond for our customers and for our business. Their dedication is the reason we can celebrate achievements like this.
