We’ve also received accolades from Echo Retail, including Manager of the Year for Cynthia’s outstanding leadership, and an award for our impactful visual merchandising. Most recently, in 2024, we were named Retail Business of the Year at the Merseyside Independent Business Awards by Morecrofts - a true testament to our continued commitment to our city and community.

At the heart of our workshop is Ben, our talented Workshop Manager, whose leadership and skill were nationally recognised when he was awarded Workshop Professional of the Year by the NAJ. With years of hands-on experience, a deep understanding of traditional goldsmithing, and a passion for innovation, Ben sets the standard for excellence within our team. Under his guidance, we continue to deliver exceptional bespoke creations - each one crafted with care, precision, and a dedication to quality that defines Wongs Jewellers.

Since 2017, we've been proud to receive four marketing awards, beginning with a Visual Merchandising Award from Echo Retail and followed by more recent campaign wins for ‘Take Me to Wongs’ (2023), ‘Get in the Groove’ (2024), and Marketing Maestro (2024), all from Retail Jeweller. These accolades are a testament to the vision and originality of our Marketing Manager, Katie, whose creative ideas continue to shape bold, memorable campaigns that truly reflect the Wongs brand.
