Finance Declined

My Finance has declined - What are my options now?

We're sorry that your finance hasn't been accepted at this stage.

Unfortunately, we are not provided with the reason why your application has been declined.  Only the finance provider, V12 Finance, can provide this information. Possible reasons can include -

- You do not meet the eligibility criteria

- Adverse credit history or low credit score

- You are considered to be over-committed

- Your existing account performance with other lenders

Please note, that spelling errors or incorrect address details input into the application can lead to a declined decision so please check your application carefully for any errors or omissions. 

If your application is declined and you wish to appeal the decision made by V12 Finance, you can call them directly on 02920 468 900 or email them at underwriting@v12finance.com. Customer Service is open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
